Enjoyed the stay, it was really really nice with super diner options both nights. The gourmet restaurant and rooftop bar were also available.

Facilities were amazing, however Wi-Fi connection was weak.

It offers exceptional services.

Consider asking about the pillow menu at check-in to ensure a more comfortable sleep during your stay.

Make sure you stay in the standard queen room with the upstair bed, a new bottle of water, a great shower.

Views are not so nice.

Great for a quick stop! The friendly staff were great too help, even returning my lost phone at the train station. The room was quite noisy due to street sounds. Consider choosing a room on a higher floor for a peaceful sleep.

The bed was an actual double bed, and I haven't slept that well in ages it's like a drug. Also the staff were so helpful, we arrived before our room was ready and they let us drop our bags & use a changing room to clean up, real lifesavers.

Yeah it wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for.

The atmosphere was super chill, and I loved lounging on the sun terrace after a long day. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't dampen my experience 😊

The rooftop pool offered a lovely view and was a perfect retreat. Although the parking situation was a bit tricky, the staff's friendly assistance made it manageable. Breakfast options were vast and good, a highlight of my mornings.

The building is fine with beautiful decor. The rooftop bar and pool had great views. Staff members were super friendly and accommodating, helping with parking issues and suggestions for local attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with excellent amenities like a mini-bar and soundproofing. On the flip side, the pool area felt too small and crowded, especially for such a large hotel. The rooftop restaurant being closed on Sundays and Mondays was a letdown. I hoped to enjoy a meal with a view. Breakfast could use more variety as well. My experience was quite positive despite a few minor inconveniences.

It was just an excellent fit for a short visit in Faro with reasonable price. The cold beer tap was a nice touch after a long day. Make sure to check if the staff is around to help find local spots.

I loved how the hotel is elegantly designed, with spacious hallways and modern decor that creates a serene atmosphere. The staff were very accommodating, with easy navigation, especially for seniors.

More shaded areas at the rooftop pool would help.

Location is excellent, very close to the train and bus stations. The rooftop infinity pool offers amazing views. I had some issues with parking. It was inconvenient to find a spot. They offer bicycle rentals which is nice for exploring the area.

Consider enjoying the evening social activities to connect with other guests and staff for a more personalized experience.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a good breakfast selection that includes fresh fruits and coffee, all within a short distance from the nearby airport.
